“Ripper.” His name on her lips sounded so sweet. Endearing. “Faster.”

Her pleas made him pick up the pace. Ripper rode her rough, without apology. Sweat coated their bodies. Only animal noises filled the room. She wrapped her arms behind his neck and tugged their faces close. Ripper took her mouth again. He shifted his hips slightly. At his next thrust, she gasped and arched her back. He must’ve hit her g-spot. Lily scored her nails across his chest, making him growl.

Who knew his sweet Lily could be a wild animal in bed?

Ripper aimed for her sensitive spot again, making her moan and twist in the sheets. Lily held on to the metal headboard as Ripper hammered in and out of her. Her tits, still bearing his teeth marks, bounced each time Ripper drove in and out of her.

Lily was so slick for him that he had no trouble sliding in and out of her cunt. Ripper reached for her clit and rubbed at her. She gasped as he pinched the little bundle of nerves. She came, long and loud, screaming out his name.

Music to his ears. Ripper drove in and out of her a few more times before filling her up with his cum. He hadn’t wanted protection and was glad she felt the same. Ripper wanted the works. He intended to knock Lily up, drag her to a church, and put a ring on her finger. She’d be his old lady in every sense of his word. His wife, his soulmate.

Ripper would rip apart any obstacle that got in his way, even Bear.

He pulled his softening prick out and lay next to her. Ripper brought her body close to him, pleased she snuggled next to him like it was the most natural thing in the world.

Finally, Lily spoke. “Wow. I never imagined sex could be like that.”

Ripper nuzzled the hickey he’d left on her neck. He slid one possessive arm around her waist and fingered her wet folds, still dripping with his cum.

“Only with me,” he answered. “You’re mine now, Lily.”

“I’ve waited so long for this.” The little fiend rubbed her ass right at his cock, making him groan.

Ripper clutched at her tight, memorizing the scent of her and the combined scent of their lovemaking.

  “Same.”

“I’m glad you decided to quit being noble.”

“You were too much of a temptation.” Ripper gave her ass a quick swat. “Next hole I’ll claim will be this one.”

She moaned at his words. Ripper smiled. “You like the sound of that, baby?”

“It sounds so naughty, so taboo, but I’m yours.”

“That’s right, baby. All of you belongs to me now.” Ripper rubbed her pussy lips back and forth and thumbed her clit. He didn’t stop until she started getting herself off his hand. Lily let out a gasp then came on his fingers.

  “Sweet girl. Wait here.”

Ripper made a quick trip to the bathroom, grabbed some towels, and returned to Lily. For a second, he wondered if she was an apparition, a fantasy his lonely mind conjured up. She remained curled up to one side of the bed, snoring softly. Ripper wiped himself and his hand clean before returning next to her.

  “Ripper?” she asked, sounding half-awake.

  “I’m here, sweet Lily.”

  “You’re not leaving?”

  “Never again.”

Good. It had been ages since Ripper had a woman warm his bed. He missed this, he realized. Ripper dozed off to sleep and for the first time in a long time, he had a dreamless and long sleep.

  ****

Lily woke but she didn’t want to open her eyes yet. Last night’s wonderful dream still lingered in her head. Any moment now and Bear would start yelling at her to get more beer. She’d probably bump into Bear’s flavor-of-the-night whore on her way out to the nearest convenience store.

Wait. Lily opened his eyes, aware of her deliciously sore body. One muscled arm, sleeved with ink, was flung carelessly over her thigh. She recognized those tattoos. Lily’s breath caught as she became aware of Ripper’s big body lying next to hers, his chest pressed up against her back.

“Not a dream after all,” she whispered. Lily felt giddy all over again. She still couldn’t believe what happened last night, how hot it was when he growled out the word mine into her ear.

She shivered, just recalling last night’s events. She and Ripper finally did the deed. Even better, Ripper had been with no other woman but her since his wife died. Lily could lay here all day. Snuggle next to her man. She loathed waking up, but eventually, she needed to face reality. To face her father.

Her man. Could she finally call Ripper that?

“You awake?” Ripper pressed a kiss to the side of her neck.

“Yeah, I thought I imagined last night.”

“Me too, until I realized you were lying next to me.” Ripper brought her close to his chest. He moved his hand between her legs and fondled her pussy. In no time at all, she was wet. Ripper lifted her leg. She gasped as he slipped his dick right into her slick hole.

She gripped the sheets and moaned as he fucked her, slowly and tenderly.

“My cock inside your sweet pussy, is it a good enough reminder for you?” he asked.

  “Oh, yes.”

“My sweet Lily.” He plunged in and out of her, leaving them both panting. Ripper gave her clit a flick and that undid her. Her mind hazed over and she came all over his cock. A few thrusts later, Ripper filled her with his seed.

She let out a sigh of contentment. He left his softening cock inside her and pulled her into another embrace.

“At this rate, we’ll be stuck in here all day,” she murmured.

“I don’t mind keeping you all to myself, but we have business to attend to.”

She giggled. “You making it sound like it something serious.”

  “It is.”

At Ripper’s solemn tone, she turned so she looked up at him. “Should I be worried? Bear’s passed out most of the time. If he’s awake, he’ll just yell for more beer.”

A dark expression crossed Ripper’s face. “You’ll never need to fetch that bastard beer again. He needs to learn to clean up his own messes.”

Those words made Lily’s heart race wildly. “Are you telling me you’re going to spirit me away?”

“You’re my woman now. You’re staying by my side. After breakfast, we ride to your house. Grab your stuff.”

  “After that?”

Ripper grinned. “We’ll figure it out.”

The old Lily would have been appalled. Lily had always been the type of girl who had a plan A, B, and backups for every aspect in her life. What good did it do? Lily had never left this town and settled for community college instead of going to the state university she wanted. She was back where she started.

Right now, Ripper’s suggestion sounded perfect.

“I was tired,” Ripper finally said. “Sick of doing Bear’s job for him. It’s time someone gave him a wake-up call, rude awakening.”

Lily widened her eyes. “You’re not going to kill him, right?”

Ripper laughed and she gave him a punch in the shoulder. “Nah. Just going to beat the shit out of him. Somewhere in there is my best friend and the father who raised you on his own.”

  “Somewhere,” she grumbled.

“Enough talk about him. Let’s shower and grab some grub.”

“Shower?” she asked him, reaching down the sheets to give his dick a squeeze.

Ripper groaned, pushed his fingers into her hair, and tugged her close for another mind-blowing kiss. All the thoughts in her head emptied out. She could feel her tits hardening and she grew wet again. At this rate, breakfast would no longer be an option. Lily didn’t mind.

  Chapter Six

Ripper felt Lily tighten her arms around his body as he rounded into her neighborhood. She didn’t need to tell him anything. Ripper could sense she was tense by the way she gripped his jacket too hard.

Bear’s house, a starter home Bear bought right after he’d gotten his wife pregnant, rose into their line of sight. Ripper wasn’t surprised to see a few Harleys parked out front. He recognized the three
MC members smoking outside.

He cut the engine of his bike a few feet from the house.

“Ripper, you decided to come back to us after all?” Crow asked, glancing at the club jacket.

Crow’s brother, Chains, snorted. “Told you so. The VP only needed some air.”

Iron, the club treasurer and someone Ripper had known for a long time, squinted his eyes at Lily, who got off his bike. Ripper dismounted and kept his and Lily’s helmet.

“Liliana, your father was looking for you last night,” Iron said. “Bear was worried.”

Lily laughed. “Him, worried? He was probably just looking for his missing ATM.”

Iron faked a cough. “That’s harsh, Lily.”

  “It’s the truth.”

“Guess we know where you were now,” Crow commented, looking from Ripper to Lily.

Feeling possessive of his girl, Ripper slid an arm over Lily’s shoulders and brought her close to him. He didn’t like the way Crow’s gaze lingered on the halter and shorts Lily wore.

“Eyes on her face, asshole,” Ripper said in a warning voice.

Crow quickly raised his hands. “I got it, but, Ripper? Do you have any idea what you’re doing? This is going to seriously piss Bear off.”

“Tell me, Crow,” he began. “Who’s been running the club these past few months while all Bear does is drink and fuck?”

  Crow hesitated.

“There’s no need to play who’s got the bigger balls,” Iron interrupted. “We all know you’re the real man in charge while Bear sits on his ass.”

“Remember that,” Ripper said. Things were about to get ugly and Ripper needed his brothers to take his side right now.

“Not like he’s sober. He’s probably passed out in the bathtub again,” Lily said with a sigh.

She was wrong. The front door of the house slammed open, revealing Bear.

“What’s all this shouting? Damn it, it’s too early,” Bear grumbled. Then Bear took one long and hard look at the two of them. Beast might have his share of faults but Ripper had a feeling Bear had come to the same conclusion as Crow.

Bear retreated into the house only to return wielding a shot-gun. For the first time in a long time, Bear looked surprisingly sober, alert.

“Get your fucking hands off my daughter, Ripper,” Bear yelled.

He heard windows and doors being slammed shut. Probably the neighbors, not wanting to involve themselves in whatever mess this was. A crazy drunk wielding a gun would have cops swarming him in a few minutes, but this was Windsdale. This was their town. The MC had the mayor and cops in their pocket.

“Your daughter? You even have the guts to call her that after you’ve been treating her like shit all these months?” Ripper demanded, releasing Lily.

He stepped in front of her, using himself as a shield. Lily clutched at his arm. Shit. Ripper had never been good with confrontation. Maybe he could have handled this like a respectable adult. Then again, there was nothing respectable about him. Besides, Bear needed to hear the hard truth.

“Be careful,” she whispered. “I’ve never seen him like this before.”

“I down a few bottles, turn my back on the club for a little bit, and I return to this? My best friend going after my daughter? This must be a fucking nightmare.” Bear took a few steps forward. “I’ll count to three, Ripper. Step away from her, or I’ll put a hole in that thick skull of yours.”

“Ripper, he sounds serious,” Lily whispered, about to move away from him but he grabbed her arm.

Bear aimed the gun at him. “One, two, and—”

Lily wrenched her hand from him and pushed him away, spreading her arms wide.

“You’re going to shoot me, Bear?”

That gave Bear pause. “Lily, get the hell out of the way. We’ll have a long talk after this.”

Ripper took that chance to sprint at Bear. The closer he got, Ripper caught the unmistakable smell of stale beer from Bear. Bear didn’t even put up much of a fight, couldn’t even stop him from taking that gun away.

“Ripper!” Lily cried out in alarm.

“I have this.” Ripper tossed the gun at Crow, who caught it.

“Give that back, Crow,” Bear said.

Crow ignored him and looked at Ripper. Bear turned bright red and clenched his fists by his sides.

“Fucker. Is this how it’ll be?” Bear demanded. “You want everyone to see me beat you to a pulp?”

Ripper shook his head sadly. “Bear, don’t. You can barely stand on your own two feet.”

Bear charged at him and started spewing obscenities. With Lily watching, Ripper knew he couldn’t just pummel Bear into the pavement. Tempting idea, but Ripper would hold back because letting Lily witness her future husband beating on her old man wasn’t ideal.

Ripper avoided Bear’s first punch. Bear managed a lucky jab to his ribs, but Ripper easily caught Bear’s fists. He snarled and cursed at him. Bear lashed one foot at him but ended up kicking at empty air. Before Bear could stupidly hurt himself, Ripper broke Bear’s fall. Bear scrambled away from him.

To his disgust, Bear started to vomit on his porch. Bear wiped his mouth with the back of his hand and glared at him. “Why’d you even come here? To gloat? To show me you could easily take my baby girl away?”

Lily walked up to him. “Dad, I’m a grown woman and I’m also tired of cleaning up your messes. Ripper came here with me to help me grab my stuff.”

Bear looked more confused than angry. “You’re moving out?”

Lily disappeared inside the house. Ripper looked over his shoulder at Crow and the others.

“Watch him. Make sure he doesn’t try anything stupid.”

“You’re giving them orders? Who the hell do you think you are?” Bear spat at his boots, but Ripper easily avoided it.

Ripper hunkered down to Bear’s level and looked his best friend in the eye. “Who the fuck do you think’s been doing your job while you’re passed out most of the time? I don’t want to be President, but you need to get your shit together first.”

Bear scowled at him. Maybe Bear had finally run out of ammunition. Ripper wasn’t sure if his words got to Bear. Didn’t matter. They’d done all they could. He followed Lily into the house. He hardly recognized the place.

Two naked women snoozed in the living room. Beer bottles and empty take-out boxes littered the floor. Ripper nearly gagged. He waded through the garbage to find Lily gathering her belongings in the room.

She must’ve heard him because she said, “I swear, no matter how many times I clean this house up, he always finds a way to mess it up again.”

Lily’s hands trembled as she folded one shirt and dumped it into a backpack. Ripper walked up to her and touched her hands.

“You don’t have to do that shit for him anymore. You’re with me now.”

“But, where will we go?” Lily asked.

“Where else? The club.” Ripper paused as she made a face. “Baby, it’ll only be for a while. I promise. I’ll soon get us an apartment in town.”

  “We’ll look for apartments together.”

Ripper grinned. “Of course. What can I do to help?”

“Can you help me grab those clothes hanging in the closet?” Lily asked.

“Sure, baby.” In half an hour, they had everything packed in Lily’s bag.

“Is that all you’re bringing over?” Ripper asked with a frown. “We can come back, get more stuff.”

She shook her head. “This is all I need.”

“If you’re sure,” he said. “Anyway, we can return later.”

She nodded. “I just want to get the hell out of here.”

Ripper held out a hand, which she accepted. They left the house only to find Bear still sitting on the porch. Bear glowered at them then wagged a threatening finger at Lily.

“Don’t ever show your face here again,” Bear warned. “You’re no daughter of mine.”

Hurt registered on Lily’s face. Ripper punched Bear in the face
for good measure. Bear grunted, leaning back against the house.

“Come on, baby,” he told Lily. He led her away from the house and back to his bike. Lily gave the house and Bear one lingering look.

“I’m ready,” she finally told him.

  Chapter Seven

Lily looked around Ripper’s bedroom. Ripper shut the door behind her and set down her backpack. She glanced at the posters of motorcycles and guns on the walls. The encounter with Bear still rattled her. She kept hearing his words in her head.

Don’t ever show your face here again. You’re no daughter of mine.

Those words felt like bullets to the heart. She couldn’t even leave town because of him, because she felt an obligation to him. He was still her dad, even if he’d never been much of a father to her.

Lily needed to put all thoughts of Bear behind her. To focus on the present.

She walked to the desk next to Ripper’s bed and picked up the framed photograph of Jeanne.

She gently set it down. Lily knew Ripper’s departed wife would always have a place in Ripper’s heart but she could live with that. Jeanne had never come around here, she recalled, because Jeanne didn’t like anything to do with the club. She gently set the frame down only to see Ripper watching her from the bed.

“What are you looking at?” she asked him.

“You. What’s mine.” He simply answered, that one word raising goosebumps across her arms. “Baby, come here.”

Ripper patted the empty space next to him. She began to sit next to him and gasped when he put an arm around her waist and tugged her to his lap. Lily loved the fact he no longer acted all reserved around her.

“Talk to me,” Ripper said. “I know what went down earlier wasn’t ideal. I’m sorry.”

“Why are you apologizing?” she demanded. “Bear was the one who pointed that gun at you.”

“If our situations were reserved,” Ripper began then shook his head. “No, I’d never let myself go like that. Seeing what’s inside your house, I had no idea. I should’ve spirited you out of there earlier.”
